Who can register when?
Members of North Georgia United Methodist churches and returning families of Summer 2024 campers are eligible to register during our early registration period that begins September 4th (the Wednesday after Labor Day Weekend). Registration opens to everyone on Tuesday, October 1st, 2024. In the meantime, check out our 2025 Schedule to save the dates of the program and session that will work best for your family.
Why is registration earlier this year?
We really are really excited about celebrating our 100th anniversary in 2025! A big part of that celebration is going to be a handful of on-site (and overnight) events – two of which will be on weekends during the summer camp season. In order to set and staff those events on those dates, we needed to finalize our schedule considerably earlier than usual. We’re also happy to be able to provide an additional month for payment plans, reducing the per-month amount for families who prefer to spread the cost of camp over the year.
What if I don’t know enough about my summer calendar yet?
We totally understand – Summer 2025 is still a long ways off. Thankfully, our Transfer Policy allows for free transfers to another open session up until April 1st, after which point transfers to open sessions require a $25 transfer fee. To ensure you secure the program and session that will work best for your family this summer, we highly recommend registering for your best-guess session as soon as you’re eligible. And then, if you do come to find out another session would actually work better, simply send our team an email to transfer to an open session free of charge (before April 1st).
