See below for descriptions of positions on the North Georgia Camp & Retreat Ministries Summer Team (Glisson, ELI, Grow Day Camps) for Summer 2023. Note that summer staff positions fulfill requirements for internship credit within a wide variety of studies. Contact directors@ngcrm.org to inquire about internship credit.

CREW

Glisson’s Crew position serves as a half-summer servant leadership intensive for graduating seniors. Crew members develop a tight-knit Christian community while providing mission-critical behind-the-scenes support to make camp happen (lifeguarding, dining hall, challenge course, and more).

• COUNSELORS

2. INTERVIEW

 

After applications have been reviewed, we will contact applicants with a status update and, if applicable, interview details.

• SITE DIRECTORS / TEAM LEADERS
Interviews will be held 10/18 to 10/28

• COORDINATORS / COUNSELORS
Applicants will receive updates upon application reviewing beginning in late October.

• CREW
Applicants will receive updates upon application review beginning in December.

3. PAPERWORK

 

After all interviews have taken place and references reviewed, job offers will be sent to accepted candidates. When offers are accepted, hiring paperwork will be sent to each staff member. Your staff agreement is not complete until you’ve completed 100% of your hiring papers.
