Since 1925, summer staff have worked to carry out Glisson’s mission by providing life-changing summer programming for children and youth. Summer staff work hard, play hard, get dirty, sweat a lot, serve a lot, lead others and each other, participate, facilitate, cooperate, educate, inspire, and encourage for nine camp weeks each summer.
We’re looking for people who are willing to put others first…for competent and creative leaders…for team players who are willing to love and accept children and youth as they are, to appreciate procedures, to embrace small-group camping philosophy, and to serve with a selfless desire to share God’s love with everyone.

STEP 2
Interview
After applications have been reviewed, we will contact applicants with a status update and, if applicable, interview details.
Support Team
Interviews will begin Sep 29th.
Intern
Interviews will be held Oct 15-16th.
Counselor
Interviews will begin Oct 27th.
Crew
Interviews will be held Jan 5-6th.
STEP 3
Paperwork
After all interviews have taken place and references reviewed, job offers will be sent to accepted candidates. When offers are accepted, hiring paperwork will be sent to each staff member. Your staff agreement is not complete until you’ve completed 100% of your hiring papers.
