Summer Camp & Retreats
Glisson Camp & Retreat Center offers Summer Camp and year-round Retreat experiences in the forests surrounding Cane Creek Falls near Dahlonega, Georgia. Since 1925, this place has become holy ground as thousands have had their faith strengthened through God’s presence here in creation and Christian community. Glisson is part of the North Georgia Camp & Retreat Ministries of the United Methodist Church’s North Georgia Conference.

Please note that Cane Creek Falls is located on private property. For the safety of our campers, Glisson is entirely closed to the public while summer camp is in session (May-July). During retreat season (August-April), limited viewing access is available Monday to Friday during weekday business hours (9:00 – 4:30). To ensure the outer gate will be open on the date you plan to visit, please contact us ahead of time at [email protected] or (706) 864-6181.
